                                 CE-0063    4 CHANNEL RS-232 MULTIPLEXER

 

                                  Description

 

The CE-0063 multiplexes an asynchronous RS-232 channel into one of four or more selectable RS-232 slave ports. Designed to provide simple access to multiple RS-232 equipment via modem the CE-0063 permits transparent modem connection via menu based or control sequence based line switching. In addition to handling 4 channels of RS-232 it can easily be expanded by daisy-chaining more units to provide up to 56 channels. Baud rates from 2400 to 115.2K are switch selectable while user defined baud rates may be selected through the menu.
